Inox Clean Energy is likely to file a draft red herring prospectus (DRHP) with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) for a Rs 10,000 crore initial public offering before the weekend, according to people familiar with the matter.
The proposed IPO could become the largest public offering by a private Indian renewable energy company to date.
The planned issue is expected to comprise a fresh issue of shares by the INOXGFL Group company along with an offer for sale by some existing shareholders.
Inox Clean Energy had made a confidential DRHP filing with Sebi in December 2025 but subsequently withdrew it.
