Under the PPA, the project is required to provide four hours of peak-hour power with 90 per cent monthly availability, along with meeting a minimum annual capacity utilisation factor
IIFCL will be the sole lender for the project, with the financing carrying a repayment tenor of 19 years
OHM Global Mobility Limited will also operationalise electric buses for public transport in the state and expand its mobility solutions business
The company said shipments under the order began in July 2026
According to the company, the transaction has reduced borrowing costs by about 150 basis points across the issuing SPVs
