The project is being developed by KPI Green Energy under the IPP model and is backed by a long-term power purchase agreement (PPA) with Gujarat Urja Vikas Nigam Limited (GUVNL)
The company generated 892 million units of green power during FY26, up from 632 million units in FY25
The company has received a Rs 476 crore order from Vikran Engineering Limited for the supply of solar photovoltaic modules
The company will invest up to Rs 27.75 crore in cash for the stake. The transaction is expected to be completed within 180 days
The company said the order will be executed by March 2027
