The 435 MWp project is among the larger solar projects being developed in Uttar Pradesh and will add renewable power generation capacity to the state
The plan also proposes bringing more greenfield areas under the agriculture-cum-solar farm scheme and increasing the use of renewable energy across public infrastructure
The company will invest up to Rs 27.75 crore in cash for the stake. The transaction is expected to be completed within 180 days
OHM Global Mobility Limited will also operationalise electric buses for public transport in the state and expand its mobility solutions business
